• Divorced Installment: Lubar released a collection called Zero Tolerance meets the Alien Death Ray, which is made up of stories that were initially written for the Weenies books but were rejected for not being seen as fit for classroom reading.
• What Could Have Been: At the end of Road Weenies, David says the next one will be about people who take bike riding too seriously. Instead, the next was Campfire Weenies as his editor suggested that and he liked it better. Bike Weenies never came to be.
