- When Fatu re-signed with WWE in 2005, he and Rosey (whose tag team with The Hurricane ended) reunited as 3-Minute Warning in a dark match the beginning of the following year, implying the reunion on television was in the cards. However, it never came to be as Rosey got released in March 2006 and Jamal became repackaged as Umaga the month after.
- Jim Ross stated on his "Grilling JR" podcast that Umaga was set to return to WWE for the 2010 Royal Rumble. This never materialized due to Umaga's death.
