• Outlived Its Creator: Quite a few editions of Trivial Pursuit have been released since the 2010 passing of co-creator Chris Haney.
• Recursive Adaptation: A Home Game of the game show, itself based on the board game, was produced as Trivial Pursuit: Game Show. The cover features set pieces from a 1993 pilot intended for a syndication run that never happened.
