- Off-Model: During the part where Superion and Menasor are rearranging their limbs to gain the upper hand in their battle, there's tons of coloring errors such as Menasor rearranging his limbs the first time but after he's kicked by Superion and falls over, his limbs are drawn in their typical configuration.
- The Other Darrin:
- Ultra Magnus is voiced by Banjo Ginja here whereas the TV series and The Transformers: The Movie would see Show Hayami doing the role.
- Toshio Ishii takes over from Masashi Ebara as Long Haul (though Ishii had voiced Long Haul in the Japanese dub of The Golden Lagoon).
