Promoted Fanboy: Several "phans" of The Phantom have gone on to produce cover art for the Australian publication, including Jamie Johnson, Jeremy Macpherson, and Paul Agnew. The former Australian cricket captain (and uber Phantom fan) Bill Lawry was also asked to provide cover art, but after a couple of abortive attempts, had to give up, pronouncing himself "Graphically incompetent to provide the standard of art required - in other words, I'm crap at drawing!"
