  • Approval of God: Tacitly. Links to Part 3 were posted to the Facebook accounts of Kevin Obregón and Studiobregón shortly after its release, both with the caption "It's too late". Obregón, however, has yet to make an explicit endorsement of the series.
  • Inspiration for the Work: According to Kane Pixels himself, this series was inspired by a "liminal space" image he found circa summer 2021 that featured the sculpture that would become the Rolling Giant. The sculpture, depicting French botanist and Dallas resident Julien Reverchon, was initially built by Kevin Obregón for the Parade of Giants, a parade of sculptures of Dallasites held to celebrate the opening of the Margaret Hunt-Hill Bridge in 2012. Afterwards, the sculpture was placed in the Valley View Mall, also in Dallas, which the mall setting of this series was also based on (the real mall was demolished in May 2023, as was the sculpture).
  • Referenced by...: The Rolling Giant stars in one of Freshy Kanal's rap battles against Huggy Wuggy from Poppy Playtime.
