• Money, Dear Boy: Having turned down several offers to reprise Chris in the past, Ellen Burstyn finally said yes this time because the producers not only doubled their original offer, but eventually agreed to pay even more, which allowed her to fund an actors' scholarship at Pace University.
• Release Date Change: Believer was originally supposed to be released on October 13, 2023, a Friday, but it was bumped up a week to October 6 to avoid competition with Taylor Swift's widely anticipated The Eras Tour concert film.
• Role Reprise: Ellen Burstyn and Linda Blair reprise their roles from the original Exorcist film.
