• Gets a Shout-Out on the Cooking Show Good Eats for the meat-pie episode. Yes, really. Alton (playing the part of his great-grandfather) shows Mrs. Lovett how to improve her meat-pies. Mr. Todd himself makes several appearances, including using his razors to chop up vegetables. And, yes, there are plenty of jokes about the ambiguity of the meat Mrs. Lovett is using in her pies...although they do tell you with subtitles (and on the Food Network website, where all the recipes are archived) what meat was actually used. (And, no, none of it was actually human flesh.)
