• Dueling Dubs: The movie got two different Italian dubs, one for airings inside Superman: The Animated Series and one for the DVD release. The amusing fact is that, while the first dub was done for the cartoon and so uses the regular voice cast for Superman characters while giving new voices for the Batman cast, the DVD version was dubbed in Milan, and so used the regular cast from Batman: The Animated Series^note It was actually dubbed years later than the Batman series, since Harley Quinn's voice actress is the same heard only starting with The Batman with new voices for Superman characters.
• Role Reprise: Kevin Conroy, Efrem Zimbalist Jr., Mark Hamill, Arleen Sorkin, Bob Hastings and Robert Costanzo all reprise their BTAS roles as Batman, Alfred, Joker, Harley, Commissioner Gordon, and Detective Bullock.
