• Blooper: Due to a lip-synch error, the Twins' voices switch after they turn around in their seats (after the Triplets appear on their screen). This also happened with "Hot Chick", although the crew just ran with it. As they usually act as one, these type of errors aren't sweated over as much.
• Shrug of God: Christy Karacas mentioned that this episode was never really meant to be continued at all, and expressed confusion at why fans even thought it would be and why they acted shocked at what happened, seeing as many endings were simply meant as gags (owing to the negative continuity). Even so, he teased the idea of it possibly being revisited.
• Working Title: This episode's title seemed unable to be decided or agreed on by those who worked on it. The very writer of the episode intended it as "The Trouble with Triples", which was finally used in the DVD liner notes for season 3 (and used on its IMDB page). However, at other points, it seems the titles "Troubles with Triplets" and "Troubles with Triples" were used in its production (and the latter did make it on to another part of the DVD). Adult Swim confused the matter more by using each of the other two titles at different points on their site, and other TV schedule listings for the episode couldn't agree on the title either. As it stands, the most official title is indeed "The Trouble with Triples", although some of the crew members will sometimes use one of the other two titles when listing their work done in it.
