• Creator Backlash: David Near, the person responsible for Mickey's laugh in "Happy", called the developers out for using his Suicide Mouse voice without his permission. TheMayz has since apologized and offered to remove the laugh, but Near took it well, even offering to voice for the mod.

  • This iteration of Suicide Mouse can be seen in Vs. Beepie walking around, but only in the demo. He ended up being removed in the final version of the mod due to the developer behind Vs. Beepie hearing about the controversy surrounding TheMayz.
  • SNS had an episode dedicated to it in Friday Night Funkin' Logic, albeit with many changes from the original mod. Mickey would make another appearance in the episode "BOYFRIEND vs. CREEPYPASTA?!" alongside characters from Friday Night Trepidation.
• Role-Ending Misdemeanor: In February 2022, TheMayz stepped down as director of Sunday Night Suicide and had his then-upcoming mods Vs. Kai and Vs. Robotnik left on permanent hiatus after numerous allegations of pedophilia, introducing minors to fat fetish art, and abusive behavior towards team members, including a voice actor who had previously auditioned for Vs. Kai. One of his many response videos, which infamously featured a clip of Peter Griffin at a newsdesk while he reads off his controversy, was seen as callous and insincere by the majority of the FNF fanbase. Months later, in May 2022, TheMayz deleted his YouTube channel and transferred ownership of SNS to TheShipySea before disappearing off the internet. • Word of Gay: According to a YouTube community post by the devs, Mickey in the mod is asexual.
