Added DiffLines:

** One unusable ally, titled "Placeholder Buddy Template", appears as a blue coloured version of one of the Chaos Kid enemies. Based on the name, PBT was likely a placeholder for allies in combat. PBT has moving animations, but no turn card or inspect description, meaning both display as blank. Placeholder Buddy Template has no attached moves, and so when summoned by hacking can only use items.

** Towelie has animations for being defeated in the files. In-game, he has CompleteImmortality, being immune to all damage sources and [[StatusEffects debuffs]], meaning there's no way to defeat him normally.

Added DiffLines:

** Unused sprites for Wesley, Mitch Connor's assistant, exist in the files, suggesting he originally had a larger role.
** All of the vamp kids' battle frames have been in the files since release. Interestingly, Karen has one, suggesting she would have fought with the vamp kids in the game.

** Sprites for Nichole in battle mode exist in the files, but there is no point in the finished game when Nichole enters a fight.
** Several assets referring to a General Disarray DLC can be found scattered around the files. Most of the files are found in small chunks in the middle of the Danger Deck files, suggesting the General Disarray DLC was scrapped and replaced with Danger Deck.

** Bard Jimmy was supposed to be part of the [[spoiler:Fighters of Zaron]] boss fight. His sprite can be found in the finished game's files, but it has no attached animations or sounds, so when summoned via hacking, Bard Jimmy will glide motionless across the battle grid without moving whatsoever. He has two attached support moves, but neither has animations or sound either, and so using it will cause the ally to heal out of nowhere.

** Dr. Timothy was meant to be a playable character in-game, but in the final game he is only an NPC and a boss. As seen [[https://tcrf.net/South_Park:_The_Fractured_But_Whole#Doctor_Timothy_Power_Graphics here]], all of his abilities were already planned out and his character sheet, description and character portrait can all be found in the files, indicating that he was scrapped as a playable character late in development.

He also has a variety of quotes in the files that are still coded in and will play if he is summoned via hacking. His LimitBreak, "The Timmy Whisperer", has no animation attached, and so using it will merely instantly deplete the LimitBreak bar and charm nearby enemies.

Added DiffLines:

** Another unused class, Demon Child, is in the code as well. Sprites for the abilities and their intended effects can be found too, revealing the Demon Child's abilities are very similar to the Netherborn's, suggesting the Demon Child was overhauled into the Netherborn.

** Apparently Toolshed was meant to defect back to Coon & Friends following the second night. This explains why he is seen next to the members of Coon & Friends after the Freedom Pals reveal their Franchise Plan to the opposing team and acts as if he didn't know anything about Timmy's plan.

** The ''Fractured But Whole'' was originally planned to be an ImmediateSequel to ''The Stick of Truth'', taking place the very next day. In the final game, the time gap between the two games is shown to be much larger, with the events of Seasons 18, 19 and 20 as well as the first four episodes of Season 21 taking place between the two games.
