• Accidentally-Correct Writing: The author presumably had never read the Coco novel, which did give Hector the thought to try and mend bridges with Ernesto before he left. The difference this fic gives is that Hector actually acts on this.

• Word of God: After the death of her mother, Wanda Rivera was raised by an Abusive Dad who neglected and beat her. She later moved in with her grandmother and her siblings after the police intervened and, despite her tramua, grew up to be a respectable woman.
