• Keep Circulating the Tapes: As of March 2022, the series isn't collected in a trade paperback or available as digital comics. As with many other Marvel UK comics, the only way to read it is to track down the original issues.
• What Could Have Been: Co-writer John Freeman has mentioned that Shadow Riders was partly intended to boost the Marvel UK line for its domestic audience, creating a new series that used a British setting and could appeal to 2000 AD readers when serialised in Overkill. However, editorial changes meant it was never reprinted in that UK format.
• Word of God from John Freeman, via an unpublished script for Overkill, is also that Stranger was a dead rock star, that Boot’s cybernetic arm was detachable and modular, that Roadie was just 18 when she was killed and revived, and that Vorin did find evidence that some of his race were still alive.
