Go To

  • Completely Different Title:
    • In Russia, the film was titled Nichego ne vizhu, nichego ne slyshu ([I] see nothing, [I] hear nothing), from the usual translation of the phrase associated with 3 wise monkeys.
    • The film was released as Ciegos, sordos y locos ("Blind, Deaf and Insane") in Latin America and "No me chilles, que no te veo" ("Don't yell at me, I can't see you") in Spain.
    • In Denmark, the title is translated to "Kan Du Høre, Hvad Jeg Ser?", loosely translated to "Are You Hearing what I'm Seeing?"
    • In Italy, the film was titled Non guardarmi: non ti sento ("Don't look at me: I can't hear you").
  • Fake Brit: American Kevin Spacey as English criminal Kujo.
  • Romance on the Set: Wilder met his 4th and final wife, Karen Webb, while working on the film.
  • Those Two Actors: Fans of Wiseguy probably weren't surprised to see that the characters played by Joan Severance and Kevin Spacey (Eve and Kirgo) are in cahoots.
  • Wag the Director: Gene Wilder was asked to star in this movie three times. He only did the movie after he took control of several aspects of the script, namely the fact that originally the leads were portrayed as almost totally useless, but Born Lucky. Wilder thought it was a horrible message.
