- False Credit: Rudy Sarzo was credited in place of Kelly Garni on Quiet Riot II. He wouldn't actually perform on one of the band's albums until Metal Health.
- The Pete Best: Randy Rhoads of Ozzy Osbourne fame actually founded the band with his friends, and left the band for Ozzy a year or two before they found success.
- Two-Hit Wonder: Their sole hits were "Metal Health (Bang Your Head)" and the cover of "Cum On Feel the Noize".
- Writer Revolt: They were not interested in doing a cover, so they were barely caring and even attempting to do "Cum On Feel the Noize" badly. It didn't help that Kevin Dubrow hated the original version, to the point there's obvious mistakes in the version that was released because he absolutely refused to do more than one take. The result was a breakout hit.
