- Completely Different Title: The actual Korean title, 내 이름은 김삼순, translates into English as My Name Is Kim Sam Soon, but the show was marketed in its American video release as My Lovely Samsoon. Given that one of the main story threads is Samsoon's determination to change her name, the Korean title is arguably more appropriate.
