• Contest Winner Cameo: Other than the main cast, every character that appears in the game is an Original Character submitted by people that pledged to this visual novel's creation through Cinnamon Switch's Patreon account.
• Promoted Fangirl:
  • The Transformistress, an online digital artist that specializes in pro-Transgender Gender Bender transformation art, was commissioned by Cinnamon Switch to create a promotional comic for Mice Tea in late February 2022; the comic's description included a statement by The Transformistress on how the demo version of Mice Tea was a great comfort game to her, and how excited she was when the developers reached out to her. Come mid-March 2022, and a development update on the developers' Patreon account announced that discussions with The Transformistress on creating more promotional art led to The Transformistress joining the development team itself as a CG artist.
  • Raina the Mouse is a professional voice actress, artist, and streamer. When the Early Access version of Mice Tea launched on itch.io, she started streaming an uncensored playthrough of it on Fansly. Later, when the developers decided to celebrate the full release by turning some of the Q&A comics into videos, Raina was chosen to voice the cast's women.
