• Keep Circulating the Tapes: To date, no game in the series has gotten any kind of official re-release, not even in a compilation. In addition, neither of the original Xbox games are included in the backwards compatibility list for current Xbox consoles (and with the "final addition" to that list being done back in November of 2021, it's unlikely they will ever be added), with the only instance of backwards compatibility coming during the Xbox 360 era, and even then only for MechAssault 2. Nor have any of the games ever been made available for download on any online services. Outside of emulation, the only legitimate way to play any MechAssault game is through tracking down a second-hand copy.
