- Dummied Out: An unused mission screen for "Jimmy's Vendetta" depicts Jimmy trying to escape from a car that's shooting at him and filled with mobsters. Another unused mission screen shows the interior to the Distillery from the chapter "Buzzsaw" in the main game and the mission "Brother and Keeper" from the "Betrayal of Jimmy", suggesting a possible return to the location that was cut from the game.
