- What Could Have Been: An early piece of conceptual artwork shows that HooDoo's original sidekick was not Raunchy Rabbit, but rather a trio of rabbits that bear more than a striking resemblance to The Three Stooges.
- After Alan Menken walked away from Frozen, DreamWorks Animation, which contained a multitude of other Disney Renaissance alumni including former boss Jeffrey Katzenberg (who had brought Menken and Howard Ashman into Disney), tapped him to write music for a film adaptation of Lidsville. Production started in early 2013... then a string of flops for DWA led to them losing a good chunk of their workforce AND their film schedule as part of an ongoing effort to restructure and diversify; this led to the Lidsville adaptation being lost in limbo.
