• Out of Order: This episode should have come much earlier in the season. Hardison doesn't yet know about the girl Elliot almost married (who showed up in the "The Two-Horse Job"), this is the first appearance of the two FBI guys (who already showed up in "The Bank Shot Job"), and the Ship Tease between Sophie and Nate is full text here so everyone knows about it... early. According to Word of God, this was the result of blatant Executive Meddling, where the network wanted to front-load the season with more action and drama, sacrificing continuity and carefully-crafted character arcs in the process.
