- Development Gag: Bscotch started working on Levelhead in 2018, which they called "twenty great-teen", which is where GR-18 gets its name from.
- Dueling Works: Levelhead was given an early-access release soon after the release of the popular platformer maker Super Mario Maker 2.
- Throw It In!:
- The Super Jump, where GR-18 jumps off the package in mid-air, was kept in the game since it expanded GR-18's range of motion for advanced players.
- Subverted with the Infinity Leap, which allowed the player to gain infinite height with a single box, which was patched out because it was deemed too Game Breaking.
- What Could Have Been:
- The Zipper originally had an additional air stalling ability which would have allowed the player to hover in the air after zipping.
- The devs originally planned on adding various game modes such as rush delivery, golf, and airmail, but those didn't make the final cut.
