- Creator Backlash: Angela Martini expressed her distaste for what Disney's version of Katbot turned out to be, describing it as "some horrid caricature of what it originally was", to the point where she was relieved when it was cancelled. Apparently, Martini was pushed out of the creation of Disney's version entirely: "I got the shaft, while all these strangers came in to make my show."
