• Actor Allusion: Kragger describes the captured Batman as "Broken." Kragger's voice actor, Héctor Elizondo, was the voice actor for Bane, who is most known for "Breaking the Bat," in Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman a year before.
• Creator Backlash:
  • Victor Rivers, Hro Talak's voice actor, is a leading crusader against domestic violence, owing to spending his childhood under an abusive father who regularly beat him, his siblings, and his mother. As such, he felt deeply uncomfortable recording the scene where Talak hits Shayera.
  • The DVD Commentary also reveals Maria Canals Barrera was deeply upset about Shayera leaving the League in the final scene (and despite assurances from Bruce Timm and company that Shayera would be back eventually).
