• Troubled Production: Araki's author's note for Volume 25 mentions the ongoing COVID pandemic by name, and indicates that many planned subplots for JoJolion had to be cut for various reasons.
• What Could Have Been: According to the Stand commentaries in JOJOVELLER, Nut King Call was originally planned to be Josuke's Stand, but when planning out the scenario in which Josuke takes away Joshu's eyesight, Araki realized he thought it fit Joshu more and rewrote the scenarios where Josuke used Nut King Call to be tailored towards Soft & Wet instead.
