• Outdated by Canon: The concept of Luigi being treated as The Un-Favourite in these comics is ultimately turned on its head in 2023's The Super Mario Bros. Movie, where their father harshly chastises Mario for bringing down Luigi, showing how much their family cares for Luigi's wellbeing.
• Schedule Slip: A comic in May 2012 was followed by a plea for donations in June, with nothing happening until January 2013. Which wasn't actually a comic, but titled "Umm..." and had four panels of Luigi having no idea what to do.
