• Actor-Shared Background: Tip is an immigrant and is half Barbadian, just like Rihanna (half Afro-Guyanese, half Barbadian).
• All-Star Cast: Steve Martin, Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez, and Jim Parsons, with Brian Stepanek, April Winchell, Lisa Stewart, Stephen Kearin, Nigel W. Tierney, April Lawrence (as the Boov Announcer), and Matt Jones as Kyle.
• Kids' Meal Toy: McDonald's sold a set of ten figures of Oh in different colors in their Happy Meals.
• Missing Trailer Scene:

• So My Kids Can Watch: A large part of why Rihanna did the movie was for her younger fans and for young black girls to have an animated character to call their own.
