- Acting for Two: Considering the presence of two distinct Shino Misoras, both played by Sora Tokino and often interacting with one another. Chapter 19 has the entire dialogue being fully voiced to boot.
- Actor-Shared Background: Shinomiya Sakura is a Miko. Sakura Miko is one herself.
- Irony as She Is Cast:
- Lamy Yukihana is notoriously bad at handling horror games, whether she's in a collaboration with her genmate Botan Shishiro, or playing one herself. Her character, Touka Yukihara, is one of the more horrifying characters, especially when she delivers her truly frightening Death Glares in the manga.
- This also extends to their lore: While Lamy is a winter-based snow elf, Touka is a student during the summer of 20XX.
- Sakura Shinomiya is a Miko that's been shown to be at least somewhat spiritually attuned. The only things miko-esque about her actor, Miko Sakura, are her given name and some of her older outfits.
- For fans of Pekora, she is a mischievous war criminal who enjoys pranking her fellow idols, and making very questionable experiments For Science!, though she does have a nicer side if she took things too far. Mizuta Uzuki is a Nice Girl in the photography club who happens to be caught up in the events on the train out of curiosity in following the Transfer Student, and appears to have instantly loyalty with them, helping them escape from Akane and offering to explain things after the former is accused of making Yuka disappear.

of version 2.0 of the Complete Edition of the game, Word of God revealed this to be part of the reason why Akagane Mari's role in the game was changed, as well as the reporter not exactly knowing who she really is, replacing her with a new character to play the role of the Art Room Student. - Schedule Slip: Understandable, given the characters are played by their actresses who are idols. Chapters 3 and 4 were released nearly three weeks apart due to hololive's Link Your Wish event (March 4th to March 23rd).
