Trivia / Full Tilt! Pinball

Go To

  • Defictionalization: There's been several attempts to remake Space Cadet in digital pinball engines such as Visual Pinball and Future Pinball so it can be played on an actual pinball machine, with varying amounts of success.
  • Invisible Advertising: In general, only hardcore fans of 90s PC gaming are even aware of Full Tilt's existence, with far more just thinking that Space Cadet was a Microsoft product with nothing more to it. This can heavily be blamed on the Windows game falling victim to this, with only very vague hints alluding to the possibility of it being part of a bigger package — the Maxis logo at the bottom of the table was darkened for the bundled release making it harder to see and they only get a passing mention in the Help and About menus, with the latter including a phone number to call but only "for more information". The phone number was even dropped entirely for later releases (including the Windows 2000 and XP versions, which were bundled in the operating systems themselves rather than requiring the companion add-ons).
