LD1449 has been open about his distaste for Momo's characterization in the story, though this also extends to much of the other members of the cast as well. Much of this is due to how almost a majority of, if not all, of their characterization revolves around Peter in some way or form, and the biggest struggle he has in co-authoring the story is trying to hold Zaru back in regards to giving Peter too much focus.
Zaru has also admitted that he's not proud of how he handled Momo in the beginning and is trying to rectify it.
Peter was originally supposed to be rag-dolled by the Nomu in a similar manner to how Loki was by the Hulk.
The Nomu was originally planned to break both of Aizawa's arms like twigs.
It was planned that Todoroki was supposed to kill Nomu by jamming ice spears down its throat before they decided on having Momo kill it with a thermite charge.
Before and after Peter and Bakugo's fight, Peter was originally going to show aspects of Thanos either through quoting him or performing similar actions. This was changed due to being too on the nose, too out of character, and he would have gotten disqualified had he gone through with them.
All Might wasn't supposed to intervene in the fight between Peter and Bakugo, but LD had it added as the final straw that would shatter Bakugo's pride and snap Peter back to his senses.
Zaru originally wanted to bring Bucky, Valkyrie, and Hela in, but LD1449 convinced him to do otherwise and keep it isolated to Spider-Man.
Zaru was originally planning on a What If? story arc focusing on Dabi, with Dabi's overall character taking inspiration from Arthur Fleck. But later revelations regarding him during the Paranormal Liberation War arc disillusioned him to the idea. The major revelations in Chapter 301 of My Hero Academia outright killed off what little desire for that arc he had left, largely due to how insane and unsympathetic Dabi turned out to be.

If you follow the SpaceBattles.com forums about the story, Zaru and Co-author LD1449 seem to be a real life example of Vitriolic Best Buds, especially if it goes by what directions the story takes according to them and the way they joke about it.
LD1449 is often seen as the Only Sane Man/The Straight Man of the writing trio for the story due to advocating and keeping the story as grounded as possible and reining in Zaru when things in the planning phase get out of hand. The above What Could Have Been scenarios are even put under "The big 'What If's' if LD1449 didn't save us from going crazy" by Zaru.
LD1449 is kinda known as "the great ship destroyer" by more than a few fans after having Peter reject Pony. Originally it was going to end more ambiguously and positive than how the rejection actually was, and in general he finds the shipping unnecessary.
