• Creative Differences: Why Bostaph left the first time and Alvelais left the second time. These also almost broke up the band the first time, as Locicero's increasingly autocratic nature and utter tactlessness when it came to the business side of things pissed off both the band and their various hired hands and made labels avoid them. When he formally broke the band up himself to try something different, it was more a case of In Spite of a Nail than anything else, as there would have been a mass exodus sooner rather than later if he hadn't.
• What Could Have Been: They were apparently offered a deal with Def American, but Debbie Abono (their manager at the time) rejected it for them; as per Craig, Debbie was the kind of person who wouldn't let you have opportunities she didn't think you were ready for or thought you would waste, and she evidently did not think Forbidden was up to the task.
