Trivia / Fluke (Band)

Go To

  • Channel Hop: During the production of Puppy, the band had to part ways with Virgin and sought out to release their album under One Little Indian.note  Before that the band released a promotional recording of the songs named The XMas Demos in 2000.
  • Cut Song: "Pulse" and "Liquid" originally appeared in earlier promotional material prior to Puppy's release. "Pulse" would later be released as a single and "Liquid" would be released on their website flukenet.info at the time for free.
  • Real Song Theme Tune: "Atom Bomb", made for the game WipEout 2097 and has a music video tie-in made for it.
  • Reclusive Artist: The group has been known during their heyday for keeping a low profile and rarely giving interviews. This was increased in the Turn of the Millennium once the band stopped touring due to personal commitments before retiring the name, with their only notable concert being the John Peel Sessions in 2002. With that said though, this has kind of been zigzagged as of recently with Jon Fugler notably being he only member with a Twitter account, albeit with sparse activity.
