• Dummied Out: The game's texture files include an ashtray and a generic "drink" photograph, neither of which appear in the apartment.
• Serendipity Writes the Plot: The designers deliberately gave Trip and Grace severely self-centered and denial-prone personalities in order to justify and disguise some of the limitations of the AI. That way, if the player says or does something the dev team didn't anticipate, Trip and Grace will choose to focus on their own needs instead, or just ignore the player's actions entirely.
