  • Remarkably Ruby has In-Universe outtake scenes clarifying more details about Ruby and Mia's relationship (after they make up and The Reveal that they're sisters) and add additional context. Some examples: They're seen with their parents as younger children and in the present enjoying kites as a family like Mia mentioned, their dad calls Ruby "Rubydoo" the same way their mom does; they're seen eating meals and having mornings together; they both yell at their pet cat zooming around; and their fights at home have upset both parents and once it escalates to a school fight, both parents discuss the start of their punishments together.

• What Could Have Been: Terri Libenson stated on a blog post discussing the origins of character names that Jamie almost was named Jasmine, but found that "Just Jasmine" was already the name for another media property. ^note Quick research shows it's the name of a series of YouTube shorts. She still wanted the alliteration in the title, so changed it to Jamie.
