• Actor-Shared Background: Scrooge's parents are voiced by Graham McTavish and Ashley Jensen, who are also Scottish like David Tennant is.
• Uncredited Role: Crossing over with Blooper, but Graham McTavish and Ashley Jensen are uncredited for voicing Scrooge's parents. On the flip side, Tony Anselmo and Toks Olagundoye were credited for voicing Donald and Mrs. Beakley despite not speaking (or appearing for the latter). This is averted in later airings.
• What Could Have Been: Alan Young, the original voice of Scrooge, was considered to voice Fergus, but he passed away before recording could begin.
