Trivia / Dragnet 1967 S 1 E 11 The Shooting

• Blooper: The meeting between Virgil Hicks and Joe Friday on the 50 Yard Line. The overhead shot is accurate for the time as the footage was most likely recorded in late January and/or February as the markings on the field was for the 1967 NFL Pro Bowl game which was played on January 22, 1967. However, when Friday and Hicks talk, the background is replaced for a soccer goal and the markings are for soccer and not football. While a short lived soccer team, the Los Angeles Wolves, did play in the Los Angeles Coliseum in 1967, it wouldn't be until late May (well after the episode aired).
