Trivia / Dr. Tran

• Descended Creator: Both Breehn Burns (writer and co-director) and Jason Johnson (co-director) voice many of the characters in the various Dr. Tran shorts, but their most prominent roles are the Narrator and Tran, respectively.
• What Could Have Been: Dr. Tran was supposed to have more shorts after the fanmail episode "Nail to the Gut", but according to Lone Sausage's now-defunct website back in December 2010, funding had dried up for the series, and even after a direct plea to the audience for additional funding, nothing came of it. Six years later, with both Burns and Johnson having been involved in various other projects, neither had any plans to resurrect Dr. Tran, leaving the series where it stands to this day.
