  • WB promoted the episode under an alternative title "Fantasies in the Flesh".
• Recycled Set: The basement where Paige saves the little girl reuses the Halliwell Manor basement set, including the line on the floor that Phoebe drew in Forget Me... Not. The outside is the same set as the dead end where the Valkyries fight with the bikers in Valhalley of the Dolls.
• This is the second time we see Paige use her power to redirect a demonic power rather than call it to the palm of her hand. We also see her orb something away without calling the name of the object for the first time.
• Leo was unable to hear the girls call out for him from the Underworld earlier in the show. However, since Leo was trying to research into who Chris was and was in the Underworld at the time, he could hear their call.
• There is a lot of personal gain that goes amiss in this episode. Paige uses a spell to clear up the manor and Leo offers to heal both Piper and Wyatt who both had a fever and a small cut. Later in the episode, the injuries would become life-threatening but at the start they weren't. Although, as an Elder, Leo could just be abusing Screw the Rules, I Make Them!.
