• California Doubling: While Connyworld is a real amusement park (Switzerland's largest in fact), it's still a fairly small amusement park, and doesn't have a train ride. A much larger amusement park, with a train ride, was used to represent Connyworld in the film.
• Dawson Casting: Mia is meant to be 15, while Mia's actress Luna Wedler at the time was at least 19. The same goes for other characters.
