  • Word of God: A stream for the reveal of Curse of the Moon 2 had Koji Igarashi (who has increased oversight on the sequel compared to the original) give some thoughts on development, such as how he didn't like how Zangetsu was able to kill his potential allies in the first game, thus the method of gaining new skills for Zangetsu was changed to obtaining items in the sequel.
