* ActingForTwo / TalkingToHimself: [[spoiler: Noel, Nu, Lambda, Mu, and Saya [[note]]Zig-zagged for the last one - in both the east and west, flashback Saya is still voiced by Noel's [=VAs=]; for Imperator Saya, however, the cases are different in each region: In Japanese, they made a distinction between Izanami (voiced by Creator/{{Yukana}}) and Saya (voiced by Kondo); in English, no distinctions are made[[/note]]; Jin and Hakumen;]] Tsubaki and Kokonoe, albeit dub only; Hazama and Terumi; [[Creator/LauraBailey Luna, Sena and Trinity]]; Relius and TA, albeit dub only; Nago and TB, albeit dub only; Izanami and TC, albeit dub only; [[spoiler:Izanami and The Origin.]]
* ActorAllusion: Quite a few actually.
** Ragna had a [[Manga/{{Gintama}} Gintoki]] costume as DLC in CT-CS, whom Sugita had previously voiced. It also led to [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uZj2_YelvMg this parody video.]]
** Amane has a ''Persona'' color swap of the protagonist of ''VideoGame/{{Persona 3}}'', who's also voiced by Creator/AkiraIshida. The English version goes along with this and assigned him with the voice of Creator/YuriLowenthal.
*** Exclusive to the English dub, but this isn't the first time Creator/YuriLowenthal has [[Anime/TengenToppaGurrenLagann voiced a character who's primary weapon of choice are drills.]] It's also not the first time he's voiced someone who's [[VideoGame/DynastyWarriors incredibly flamboyant and obsessed with beauty]].
** As a nod to [[VideoGame/GuiltyGear its parent series]], ''Extend'' gave several Unlimited Characters Distortion Drives modeled after/copied from Overdrives belonging to the ''GG'' cast. Relius? He gets [[GratuitousItalian Nero Angelo]], a Vol Tedo-based projectile that functions in the same manner as its English equivalent, Venom's Dark Angel. As of ''Guilty Gear XX Accent Core'' (which predates ''[=BlazBlue=]'' by nearly two years), Venom is voiced by Suwabe, [[TheOtherDarrin assuming the role from Mikio Yaeda]].
** Upping the ante, Unlimited Relius receives Ruber Grando (Red Hail [[AltumVidetur in Latin]]) in ''CP'', thus borrowing another one of Venom's Overdrives... Red Hail.
** Further upping the ante is a Gag Reel featuring him in ''VideoGame/BlazBlueChronophantasma'' [[spoiler:where Relius ends up in a world where he's a good family man. Now [[Creator/TravisWillingham who else is]] [[VideoGame/StreetFighterIV a family man??]] Notable that the game is just out in Japan, so they may have noticed the English casting.]]
** This [[Anime/TekkamanBlade isn't the first]] [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aZ7s5kRXf5M time]] [[Creator/TomokazuSugita Ragna]] and [[Creator/TetsuyaKakihara Jin]] have tried to kill each other, [[Creator/PatrickSeitz neither]] [[Creator/DavidVincent is it]] [[VideoGame/CastlevaniaTheDraculaXChronicles the]] [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lf_ck-O3LyU second]].
** Creator/AsamiImai's favourite ''[[VideoGame/TheIdolmaster Idolmaster]]'' character is also named Yayoi. Ironically, she voices someone with the surname ''Kisaragi'' there.
** [[VideoGame/TheIdolmaster This ain't the first time]] Creator/ChiakiTakahashi's voicing a character known for GagBoobs.
** Izanami isn't the first time Creator/{{Yukana}} and Creator/KateHiggins [[Anime/CodeGeass shared the same voice]].
* CreatorsFavorite: Noel Vermillion. She's the mascot character of the series, and admitted favorite of Arc System Works producer Toshimichi Mori. She even became the central character in ''VideoGame/BlazBlueContinuumShift''. The only thing saving her from CreatorsPet status is that the fans don't (mostly) hate her. He also mains Hakumen.
* DescendedCreator: Toshimichi Mori, the producer of the series, also does the voice of Paracelsus in ''GuiltyGear''. In Bururaji, Mori is always represented by a chibi Paracelsus wearing shades.
* DoingItForTheArt: The only explanation for Idle Animations in a fighting game. They will never be seen in normal/serious gameplay.
** Creator/SpikeSpencer was originally told that Arakune's strange voice problem would be created in post-production, but insisted that he replicate the effect of his voice cutting in and out directly in the sound booth. That's what you hear in the game. (He claims to regret this because he was being paid by the word.)
* ExecutiveMeddling: Creator/ArcSystemWorks does '''''not''''' like it when people post story-related videos, be they merely Arcade mode playthroughs or even ''joke endings'', and they also don't like it when people upload any of the music from their post-2012 games. This also applies to their flagship series ''VideoGame/GuiltyGear''. You either have to play the story yourself, or shell out the cash to actually buy their soundtracks, which have been reported to have shipment issues since they only distribute through one online store and don't bother to put any of their music on services like Amazon or [=iTunes=].
* FakeNationality: Despite the names, very few are from where you expect. Based on the cities they are born where applicable, along with official material. Note this reflects the locations they were born in in the modern world; these countries no longer exist in Blazblue:
** Ragna and Jin are English (most materials would have you know that Ragna is supposedly American)
** Noel is Swiss [[spoiler: but created in Russia, as was Lambda]]
** Tao is Thai, as is Nu
** Bang and Kokonoe are both from eastern Europe.
** Kagura and Tsubaki are Canadian (although from different cities)
** Makoto is Indian.
** The Clovers and Mai are American (although from different cities)
** Celica, Platinum and Trinity are Russian (although from different cities). Celica is possibly explained by [[spoiler:it referring to her clone rather than her real self, the former of which was made in Kokonoe's lab]].
** Subverted; Litchi ''is'' Chinese. This is a continuity error; Litchi was officially born in Shanghai, which shouldn't exist anymore.
** Rachel ''is'' from Transylvania, therefore Romanian.
** Jubei, Naoto and Es are from Japan; unlike most characters they're from the actual country since they predate the Dark War. The bio, however, lists Jubei as coming from China.
** Nine and Celica have a Japanese father and a mother from Ishana, the city of mages, though they grew up in Ishana.
* FanNickname
** [=BlazGreen=]: Derogatory name for the series itself. An obvious play on drug culture while also applying to how the series seems like [[WhatDoYouMeanItWasntMadeOnDrugs it was made on drugs]].
** The T.O.P. Hat - Carl Clover's NiceHat, coined from one of ''[[VideoGame/FatalFury Garou: Mark of the Wolves]]''[='=] system mechanics.
** Evil [[Anime/TengenToppaGurrenLagann Simon]]: Jin Kisaragi, named for the titular role of his voice actor Creator/TetsuyaKakihara
*** The Ice Car: Jin's Musou Senshouzan[=/=]QCB+C special attack.
** Robo-Dizzy: Nu -13-
** [[spoiler: Future-Jin]]: Hakumen.
** Boobie Lady: Resident AnimeChineseGirl Litchi Faye Ling. Due to her {{Stripperiffic}} clothes that reveal a good portion of her big boobs, combined with how [[{{Cloudcuckoolander}} Taokaka]], [[TheDitz the resident ditz]] called her.
*** Also "Rawrgna" or "Ragnya" for Ragna, another [[TheNicknamer Taokaka]] creation.
*** Another good one is "No-Titty Lady" [[http://danbooru.donmai.us/post/show/519814/-_-_-animal_ears-bandaid-beret-blazblue-blonde_hai for Noel.]]
** Shitty Kitty: Taokaka.
** C-Men: Hakumen.
** Nu-Gundam: v -13-'s 4th color in her DLC pack is a Franchise/{{Gundam}}.
** Gay Man: Bang wearing his pink costume. His butt whistles when he flies!
** Clap Loop/The Clapper: Again, Carl. This involves positioning Nirvana right behind the opponent and repeatedly keeping the opponent juggled in the air while throwing them. Only certain characters can escape this loop, and only under certain circumstances.
** [[Music/MichaelJackson Smooth Criminal]]: Hazama
*** Also, {{Troll}}zama.
** {{Moe}}l: Noel Vermillion
** [=NoBoobs=] and [=NoPersonality=], also for Noel.
** Lamb-Chan: Lambda-11, Nu-13's much-nerfed [[SuspiciouslySimilarSubstitute replacement]] in ''Continuum Shift''.
*** Lambchop over in America.
** Hakumen [[Anime/CodeGeass vi Britannia]], for his new voice clips in ''Continuum Shift'' which sound like Lelouch.
*** There's also Jin vi Kisaragi.
** Hype Dog: The EnsembleDarkhorse big fluffy dog that appears in one of the backgrounds in ''Continuum Shift''. Shown [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zUK8GOD8sx4 here.]]
** Asstral Finish: Mu's Astral Heat, both for [[OffModel poor animation quality]] and gratuitous ass shot.
** Assdrill Finish/Asstroll Finish: Relius' Astral Heat, where it's heavily implied he rapes the opponent. Since the first footage of it was done on Ragna, the first one seems to be the more popular.
*** Entering the realm of meta, Asstroll is also a nickname of a deliberate act to invoke an Astral Finish on your opponent to rub the salt on the loser (though mostly for sports rather than utter insulting), such as delaying a fight and not using your Barrier Burst so your meter becomes 100, and sparing your enemy so the set up attack to ensure Astral would end up not killing the opponent by accident. However, if done poorly and the opponent is smart, this would end up as a double-edged sword as it can cost a match that could've been won.
** Assrail: Azrael due to the fact his appearance and behavior resembles those of certain Japanese gay stereotypes.
** Mikadoperator: The Imperator [[spoiler:(Saya)]]. In Japan, [[spoiler:she]]'s referred as "Mikado." Therefore, it's a portmanteau nickname.
** [[Manga/KOn Azu-nyan for Azrael.]]
** [[GratuitousEnglish Hottopantsu]] for Bullet.
** Chronoel: Noel's new design in ''Chronophantasma'' (mostly Japan-specific)
** Kokopuffs: Kokonoe.
** [[MortalKombat Babality]]: Amane's Astral Heat works similarly to the original Babality.
** Team Douchebag: The duet of Yuuki Terumi and Relius Clover, two over-the-top Complete Monsters, in order to make clear who's the blackest of black villains in this GrayingMorality setting.
** Franchise/{{Gundam}} Tsubaki for [[SuperMode Izayoi]].
** When Calamity Trigger was first announced, Noel was referred to by different variations of "[[DistaffCounterpart Girl]] [[VideoGame/GuiltyGear Bridget]]."
** Due to how they're performed and how they work in basic, Kagura's two special moves are occasionally referred respectively as [[Franchise/StreetFighter Sonic Boom and Flash Kick]].
** [[spoiler: [[WesternAnimation/AquaTeenHungerForce The Cybernetic Ghost of Jin's Future from The Past]]]] for Hakumen, because that's what he basically is.
** Beast Ragna to the transformed state of Ragna as seen in the Ragna's Bad Ending of ''Continuum Shift'' [[spoiler:and the ending of ''Chronophantasma''.]]
** [[VisualNovel/FateStayNight Saber]] for Es.
** Terumen: What Terumi transforms into during his Astral Heat, an apparition vaguely similar to Hakumen but black with green TronLines, [[spoiler: AKA Susano'o]].
* MarthDebutedInSmashBros: Celica and Naoto actually debuted in a series of light novels (''LightNovel/BlazBluePhaseShift'' and ''Bloodedge Experience'' respectively) that are never localized outside Japan. So overseas-wise, the two characters debuted in ''CP'' and ''CF'' repsectively. Confusingly, they are actually plot-important characters who have ties with a good number of the cast, and their stories in the games plays off the stories in the novels which occidentals have little to no knowledge about.
* RealLife/MeanCharacterNiceActor: Just so you know, Creator/YuuichiNakamura is still a friendly dude who likes goofing off with Creator/TomokazuSugita, rather than being an utter monster like Terumi. Same goes with Creator/DougErholtz, Erik Davies; and in case of Relius; Creator/JunichiSuwabe and Creator/TravisWillingham (he's a real, genuine, family man. And married to Platinum).
* NoDubForYou: Central Fiction did not get an English dub on the basis that it would have delayed the game by six to seven months. Many fans regard it as a crummy decision and Patrick Seitz, Ragna's voice actor, was particularly disappointed.
--> '''Patrick Seitz:''' Guess we're not so central to the fiction after all...
* NoExportForYou: A disproportionately large amount of side material is available for purchase only in Japan. While fan translations exist, the translators can only work so fast and on so much at once. Also, ''[=BlayzBloo=]'' didn't get a European release.
* OneOfUs: The localizing team did a pretty good job of translating all the medals/achievements in ''BBCSII'' and still managed to add in a few puns. Twelve of these medals involve Legion Mode, a mode where the player has to go through anywhere between one to dozens of bases on a map, where the number of bases depends on the difficulty of the map, and fight the characters occupying these bases. Guess what's the name of the medal awarded for clearing the highest difficulty? It's called [[VideoGame/ZeroWing What You Say]]. Yup, OneOfUs.
** A rather funny example of this happens in-universe in Arakune's CS Gag reel. It involves him getting caught in what he believes to be a roleplaying game. [[HilarityEnsues Hilarity,]] (and mentionings of several internet memes) [[HilarityEnsues ensues]].
* TheOtherDarrin: Mostly Averted in the Japanese dub, with the exception of Creator/{{Yukana}} replacing Creator/KanakoKondo as the Imperator from Continuum Shift Extend onward. English is another story however.
** Hazama/Terumi is a pretty funny case actually. A lot of fans thought Creator/DougErholtz originally did his voice, but it turns out it was Erik Davies. The funny part is that Doug would eventually be his voice when Extend was localized and would go on to continue doing so in Chrono Phantasma.
*** SpikeSpencer also did a few lines for him as part of an extra scene in CS2's Arcade Mode.
** Creator/CristinaValenzuela was unavailable to do the added Arcade story for Mu, so Tsubaki and Kokonoe's VA is used instead.
** Creator/TonyOliver was replaced by Creator/SteveKramer as Bang's voice in CS2, this change would stick and he would go on to voice the character in Extend's added scenarios as well as Chrono Phantasma.
** Creator/LauraBailey did a few lines for Rachel in CS2, but unlike the above example, Creator/MelaLee eventually returned to continue voicing Rachel in all subsequent releases.
** Creator/LauraBailey herself won't be reprising her role as Platinum in the English dub of ''Anime/BlazblueAlterMemory''. Creator/AlexisTipton takes over there.
** Takamagahara TA, TB and TC were voiced by Creator/TravisWillingham, Ezra Weisz and Creator/KateHiggins, respectively, in the original games. In ''Anime/BlazblueAlterMemory'', Creator/MichaelMcConnohie, Creator/BrycePapenbrook and Creator/WendeeLee take over the respective roles.
** [[spoiler: Susanoo, Terumi's OneWingedAngel form, is voiced by Creator/KentaMiyake rather than Creator/YuuichiNakamura.]] This however appears to be a stylistic choice as sometimes you'll still hear [[spoiler: Terumi's voice lash out angrily from Susanoo.]]
* PigeonholedVoiceActor: This is not the first time Creator/YuuichiNakamura voiced a {{Jerkass}}. The moment you see the shit Terumi does, however, you will realize that this is his pigeonholed role taken [[UpToEleven way]] [[RefugeInAudacity past eleven]], into {{Troll}} territory.
** Amane: Did someone say DudeLooksLikeALady? Because I'm voiced by Creator/AkiraIshida, just so you know.
* PlayingAgainstType: Creator/SpikeSpencer voices Arakune in the English dub. Yes, he went from playing depressive teenagers, to an insane EldritchAbomination.
** There's also Hakumen. [[spoiler:It's really weird hearing Creator/TetsuyaKakihara with that deep of a voice, even if it is mechanically distorted.]]
* RelationshipVoiceActor:
** [[Creator/JamiesonPrice Tager]], [[Creator/MichelleRuff Carl]], [[Creator/DougErholtz Hazama/Terumi]] ([[TheOtherDarrin in]] ''[[TheOtherDarrin Extend]]'' [[TheOtherDarrin only]]), [[Creator/LauraBailey Platinum]], [[Creator/TravisWillingham Relius/Takamagahara]] and [[Creator/PatrickSeitz Ragna]] are [[VideoGame/StreetFighterIV the announcer, C. Viper, Vega, Chun-Li, Guile and Hugo]].
*** And considering that [[Creator/TravisWillingham Relius' VA]] and [[Creator/LauraBailey Platinum's VA]] are ''married''... [[{{Squick}} Uuuh...]]
*** And if that wasn't enough, Platinum's Gag Reel coincidentally features herself and Relius as parodies of ''[[Anime/SailorMoon Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask]].'' Hilarious much?
** [[Creator/GrantGeorge Kagura]], [[Creator/YuriLowenthal Amane]], [[Creator/DougErholtz Hazama/Terumi]], and [[Creator/LauraBailey Platinum]] are also [[VideoGame/DissidiaFinalFantasy The Warrior of Light, Cecil Harvey, Squall Leonhart and Cloud of Darkness]].
** [[Creator/YuuichiNakamura Hazama]] and [[Creator/TetsuyaKakihara Jin]] are [[Manga/FairyTail Gray and Natsu]].
** Japanese-wise, [[Creator/AsamiImai Tsubaki]] and [[Creator/ChiakiTakahashi Litchi]] are [[VideoGame/TheIdolmaster idol singers Chihaya Kisaragi and Azusa Miura]]. [[spoiler:[[FridgeBrilliance It kinda "makes sense" when Litchi's turn to the dark side looks like an excuse to reunite the two idols together]]]] (both Imagine and Chiaking are also good friends in real-life).
** [[Creator/TomokazuSugita Ragna]] and [[Creator/YuuichiNakamura Hazama]] are also [[Anime/MacrossFrontier Leon and Alto]] where their roles as protagonist and antagonist are switched. For {{Irony}}, they're also [[HoYay shipped]] by voice actors in real life.
** [[Creator/PatrickSeitz Ragna]] and [[Creator/JamiesonPrice Tager]] are [[VideoGame/MortalKombat9 Scorpion and Noob Saibot/Announcer]].
** [[Creator/DavidVincent Jin]], [[Creator/PatrickSeitz Ragna]], [[Creator/YuriLowenthal Amane]], [[Creator/MichelleRuff Carl]], [[Creator/TravisWillingham Relius]], [[Creator/JulieAnnTaylor Tsubaki]] and Hazama (Erik Davies) are [[Franchise/{{Castlevania}} Richter Belmont, Dracula, Alucard, Shanoa, Death, Yoko Belnades and Soma Cruz]] respectively.
** [[spoiler:[[Creator/KateHiggins Saya]]]], [[Creator/TravisWillingham Relius]] and [[Creator/CindyRobinson Makoto]] are [[Franchise/SonicTheHedgehog Tails, Knuckles and Amy.]]
** Funnily enough, [[Creator/KeijiFujiwara Kagura]] and [[Creator/YuuichiNakamura Hazama/Terumi]] are the dub voices of ComicBook/IronMan and ComicBook/CaptainAmerica [[Franchise/MarvelCinematicUniverse in their films]]; pitting them against each other generates vibes of ''ComicBook/CivilWar''.
** [[Creator/KeijiFujiwara Kagura]], [[Creator/ChiakiTakahashi Litchi]] and [[Creator/TsuyoshiKoyama Bang]] are [[VideoGame/ArmoredCore Chief, Carol Dorry and Old King]].
** In Japan, [[Creator/KeijiFujiwara Kagura]] and [[Creator/TomokazuSugita Ragna]] are [[VideoGame/CastlevaniaLordsOfShadow Gabriel Belmont and Lucifer]]. Suddenly, Ragna's designation as the Grim Reaper seems to get ''too'' accurate...
** Sub: Platinum and Taokaka are, as mentioned above, Madoka and Homura. Dub: Noel and Litchi are Homura and Kyoko (ironically, it's their appearances her that probably helped get both of them the roles in PMMM).
** [[Creator/AkiraIshida Amane]], [[Creator/MiyukiSawashiro Carl]] and [[Creator/ChiwaSaito Taokaka]] are [[VisualNovel/DanganRonpa Togami Byakuya, Fukawa Touko/Genocider Syo and Asahina Aoi]]. The first two had a twist... why is Togami chasing after Fukawa/Genocider who is refusing him? Shouldn't it be the other way around?
** [[Creator/CristinaValenzuela Noel]] and [[Creator/LaurenLanda Litchi]] are [[LightNovel/SwordArtOnline Alicia Rue and Lady Sakuya]], again a case of the former playing a petite cutie envious of the latter's more generous assets (though they're more closely acquainted than Noel and Litchi are). [[LoverTugOfWar Their advances]] on Kirito in Episode 20 become a bit more hilarious when you remember a particular Gag Reel in ''CS'' involving Ragna and the Spectacles of Eros. (And speaking of [[Creator/PatrickSeitz Ragna]], he's Agil/Kobatz in ''SAO''.)
** In America, Ragna, Rachel, Tager, Platinum, Arakune, Relius, Amane, Bullet, Mai, Makoto/Gil, Carl, Jin and Tsubaki/Kokonoe are [[FireEmblemAwakening Basilio, Tiki, Priam, Lucina, Excellus, Lon'qu/Brady, Ricken, Emmeryn, Tharja/Kjelle, Libra/Aversa, Female Robin, Male Robin and Cordelia]] respectivly. Funny thing is, Robin and Cordelia can actually get married. In Japan, Ragna shares the voice of a fellow MemeticLoser...Chrom. The only other ''Franchise/BlazBlue'' character in Japan for Fire Emblem Awakening is Hibiki, who shares a voice with Donnel. Female Robin turns into Litchi when it comes to [[VideoGame/SuperSmashBros appearances]] [[VideoGame/FireEmblemHeroes outside that.]]
* RoleReprisal: The majority of the game cast returns to voice their characters for the anime.
* ShortRunInPeru: Contrary to popular belief, it was always Arc System Works' intention to release Valkenhayn a week late in North America on the [=PS3=]. The 360 version release ''was'' intended to be simultaneous, however, until the bug was found.
* StarMakingRole: Goes two ways:
** Japanese-wise, this is the title that enables Creator/AsamiImai (Tsubaki) and Creator/ChiakiTakahashi (Litchi) into well-known actresses outside Japan (since their previous StarMakingRole in ''VideoGame/TheIdolmaster'' is [[NoExportForYou Japan-only]]). Though subverted with Creator/KanakoKondo (Noel & the Murakumos), despite practically being in the main spotlight and Noel is incredibly popular, Kanako Kondo has yet to appear in many other anime/VG series. Also this goes for Bang's seiyuu Creator/TsuyoshiKoyama as well.
** English-wise, in a bizarre inversion of the Japanese version, this is ''the'' definitive StarMakingRole of Creator/CristinaValenzuela (Noel and the Murakumos) as afterwards, she rose from "internet voice acting celebrity in some minor dubs" into one of the most popular voice actresses at this age. A lesser version also exists for Creator/LaurenLanda (Litchi), as while she hasn't made as big a jump as Vee, her role here is considered the one role where people start recognizing her. This also promotes Creator/PatrickSeitz (Ragna) from just "that voice actor" into this "OMGAWESOMEVOICEACTOR."
* TimeShiftedActor: Both Ragna and Jin have different actors for flashbacks to their childhood in both languages, this is averted for the females however, who retain their voices as both children and adults whenever flashbacks occur.
* TeasingCreator: Mori Toshimichi has reached this status, if not outright TrollingCreator, when the subject is about the playability of [[EnsembleDarkhorse Kokonoe]]. This mini-dialogue sums it up:

** To wit, fans have been asking for Kokonoe so much (and so far, to no avail prior to ''CP''[='s=] console port), that Valkenhayn's "Help Me, Professor Kokonoe!" segment in ''Extend'' exists only to poke fun at the entire ordeal. Mori probably has graduated to TrollingCreator after that announcement around the time of the localized version. The reveal that Kokonoe would indeed become playable rescinded things a bit, but only for the [=PS3=] fans, as 360 fans will not only miss out on Kokonoe, but ''Chronophantasma'' entirely. Following that, Kokonoe turned out to be [[GameBreaker broken as hell]] and Mori refuses to rebalance her for ''CP'', so--depending on how much you care about tiers vs. character playability--[[BeCarefulWhatYouWishFor the [=PS3=] fans still may have ended up being trolled despite their "wish" coming true]]. After Kokonoe's playable and rebalanced, repeat ad nauseum... except to her father, Jubei. When Jubei was announced, there has been another problem for fans to complain: NoDubForYou.
** To a lesser extent, this has been done with [[spoiler: The Imperator/Saya]] as well, with Mori saying something along the lines of: "We couldn't put [[spoiler:Saya]] in the arcade version but for the home console? Yes, she will be there." Cue ''Chronophantasma''[='s=] console release, where it turns out that he was only half right. [[spoiler:She assists the final boss, Take-Mikazuchi in battle, but isn't playable herself.]]
** An example that isn't Trolling is the subtle hints of the first Murakumo Unit, Alpha No.01 -A- pocalypse, who mysteriously looks like a female Ragna fused with Nu and even uses his Blood-Scythe. She first appeared in the Arc 25th anniversary artbook as [[http://i.imgur.com/VhYYTNY.jpg ???]] .
