Trivia / A Flintstones Christmas Carol

• Celebrity Voice Actor: John Rhys-Davies as Charles Brickens and the play's narrator.
• What Could Have Been: This movie originated as one of the second round of the Superstars 10. These were very close to be funded but the Turner buyout put a hault to everything that wasn't yet funded. This one later found its way to production during Fred Seibert's time in charge. One interesting element here being that in the previous set The Jetsons Meet the Flintstones had not featured Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm as either babies, kids or teens. This one used them as babies again and used a now grown up Philo Quartz from The Flintstone Kids. Some have wondered if some of the other new characters in this film also were retcons of Flintstone Kids characters into the regular timeline. It also produced a weird counterbalance given that in the time between this film and the Jetsons crossover, Seibert greenlit movies with Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm now as adults.
