Numbuh Two absolutely loves chili dogs. He shares this with his pilot rival The Kid.
Numbuh Three has shown a love of popcorn in a handful of episodes, and Numbuh 5 loves candy and ice cream (even more than everyone else). In fact, many episodes that center around Numbuh Five have her seeking out ancient artifacts that have something to do with both, in a clever parody of Indiana Jones movies. Her friend-turned-enemy Heinrich Von Marzipan and her frienemish arch enemy Stickybeard shares her love for candy.
Numbuh One also seems to like meatball subs, although Lizzie claims that they go straight to his already big butt. He also has a thing for ice cream and snow cones, which is helped by his natural immunity to the dreaded ice cream headache, meaning he can eat tons of cold stuff with no discomfort.
Basically everyone loves birthday cake. Specially the ones made for the Delightful Children From Down the Lane's birthdays, which is a plot point in various episodes, since the delightful's favorite birthday activity is to eat their cake while forcing everyone else to watch.
Everyone also loves Rainbow Monkeys Cereal, including Numbuh 4 (who otherwise despises anything that has to do with Rainbow Monkeys) and most of the villains. The notable exception being Knightbrace, who claims they should be destroyed, because they are awful for your teeth. When he gets ahold the last box of cereal, it's enough for the KND and the villains to form a truce and beat it out of Knightbrace's hands, with all of them later seen happily eating bowls of the stuff.
Numbuh Two is also surprisingly fond of spinach, even though no other kid likes them. This was evident in an episode involving the... Spinach Inquisition.
Numbuh Four also loves coconut and anything that has coconut in it. The only problem? He's also very allergic to coconut, causing his lips to swell to a grotesque size.
Knightbrace, despite being a Depraved Dentist who hated working in his family's candy shop, goes crazy for Taffy.
Father, despite his Logical Weakness towards ice cream, as cold stuff counteracts his fire powers, has Rocky Road ice cream as his go-to comfort food.
