This is the timeline for the events of the Lonely Wolf Treat series. Spoilers are unmarked!

- Myrrh was born.
Decades ago
- Myrrh, Grenadine, and Capillaire wrote the All-in-one Book of Lore series with the intention of providing broader understanding on witches and animal folk. The series sparked extreme controversy due to perpetuating harmful beliefs regarding predators and the meat industry. The authors went into hiding, with Myrrh taking refuge in a cabin somewhere on Mount Sorbet.

- Manjuu (Juju) was born. Her parents, Mango and Castella, were farmers who lived near Mount Sorbet.

- Trick was born. At some point, they were abandoned by their parents and adopted by Myrrh.
- Eleni was born.

- Saffron was born. She grew up in Krem. Her father is a worker at the Chickpea Enchanted Farm.

- Treat was born. Her parents, Cotton and Candy, were part of a predatory wolf pack on Mount Sorbet. Their home was called Glaze.
- Chai was born.

- Moxie was born. Her mother was a businesswoman who managed the Wild Fox hotel chain.
- Salt was born.
- Pepper was born.
- Manjuu was foraging for food with her father Mango when they encountered the wolf Cotton. Mango told Manjuu to run while he confronted the wolf alone. Mango then got caught in an avalanche and broke his leg, but Cotton rescued him and offered to bring him home. Mango realized that Cotton is friendly, and became so embarrassed for his own bad behavior that he didn't want to return home anymore. Mango started living with Cotton's wolf pack from then on. Manjuu never saw her father again, and her entire family (except for Mango's wife Castella) became convinced that Mango was eaten by the wolf.
- Timber's father was ambushed and beaten to death by rabbits in front of his son.
- Trick and Myrrh took a picture together. It was framed and kept in their cabin on the bedstand.

- Manjuu's cousin Mochi was born. Her parents owned the family farm near Mount Sorbet, but moved to a less dangerous area after Mochi was born.
- Drop was born. She grew up in Wormwood as part of a cult that eats people.
15 years ago
- Cotton and Candy left Glaze together with Treat, Fennel, Powder, and Mango, and formed their own pack away from everyone else. Their new home was called Vanilla.
Exact time unknown
- After Mango's disappearance, Manjuu and her family moved to Daifuku. Once Manjuu was old enough, she returned to Mount Sorbet and dedicated herself to protecting the other rabbits from dangerous wolves.
- Mochi was bullied a lot because of her heterochromia. Manjuu initially tried to protect her, but at some point she gave up and told Mochi to just hide it instead.
- The Wild Fox hotels were driven into the ground due to a conspiracy that slandered predators. Following that, Moxie's father and brothers split from the family, leaving Moxie and her mother to live by themselves in Ginseng. Moxie's mother became incredibly bitter and cynical as a result.
- Eleni was ostracized for her interest in the occult. She disguised herself as a rabbit and moved into Frosting where she could enjoy her hobbies in secret.
- At some point in their relationship, Annie and May got married.
- Genoise's old familiar pet cat Madeleine passed away.

- Trick's master told them to leave their home and join a pack of wild wolves. Trick found Vanilla and became friends with Treat. When Trick tried to introduce Treat to their master, they discovered that he had gone missing with no explanation. Trick was heartbroken that they would be abandoned a second time, and was forced to stay with Treat and the other wolves from then on.

- Treat found Trick at their master's old cabin, having checked on it every day for the past year since his disappearance. Treat was worried that Trick was sad about the ordeal, but Trick assured her that they'd be okay, thus moving on from the hurt of their master leaving, and encouraged her to smile more often.
Early winter (present day)
- Treat tries dating her friend Fennel. Something about the experience leaves her deeply upset, and she runs away from the pack the following day. She becomes unable to return when the road behind her gets blocked by an avalanche, so she travels south and reaches Frosting, a town full of rabbits who hate wolves. She stays in a vacant cabin on the town's outskirts and waits for the snow to melt in the spring.
- Annie May Hot Springs, located near Frosting, suffers damage from the avalanche and becomes closed for renovations.
- When Trick discovers that Treat has gone missing, they leave the pack and embark on a journey to find her.
- A week later, Trick visits a nameless witch town and tries to help a lost kitten find their mother, only to get yelled at by her for supposedly endangering her child. Trick meekly apologizes and leaves the town.
- Trick meets another traveler named Boreas, who explains the concept of the InsteRail station to them and gives them a ticket that will get them to the next town in exchange for an apple. Trick then arrives in Daifuku, where they get to enjoy a crepe at a food stand run by Castella.
Mid winter
- Trick becomes sick and passes out after eating some strange berries. They wake up in Wormwood, where the local mice trap them and try to prepare them for a feast. However, the mouse Drop helps Trick escape from the village and continue their travels. After meeting Trick, Drop feels encouraged to leave Wormwood and find her own path in life.
- Moxie and her fox friends leave their home in Ginseng and move into the Foxy Den outside of Frosting. They start chasing the rabbits around and trying to eat them.
- Three weeks later, Mochi moves into Frosting, wanting to prove to her parents that she can take care of herself.
Late winter
- Moxie chases after Mochi, but Treat saves her. Mochi realizes Treat is not scary at all despite being a wolf, and makes her a curry dinner as thanks. Treat and Mochi become good friends, and Mochi starts making curry for the foxes in an effort to befriend them, to the displeasure of her cousin Juju, who hates wolves and foxes.
- Boreas visits Frosting and meets Treat and Mochi.
- Three weeks later, Treat meets Syrup and Butterscotch after finding Gumdrop frozen in the snow. Syrup asks Treat to bring Gumdrop to her cabin to thaw her out.
- Eleni becomes inspired when Mochi befriends Treat and the foxes. She decides she wants to befriend a demon, and summons the contract demon Kamilla to be her friend.
- Annie May Hot Springs is reopened after renovations and their predator ban is lifted. It now has an additional floor to accommodate more guests.
- Moxie is still trying to eat Mochi, but Mochi gets her to confess that she is just acting tough and has never actually eaten a rabbit before. However, when Juju confronts Mochi for trying to befriend a fox, Moxie starts taunting and threatening Juju, who becomes infuriated and starts screaming insults at Moxie's friends. Mochi gets upset, and Moxie feels guilty for what she did.
- Moxie lets Treat and Mochi know that Salt and Pepper have kidnapped Juju and threaten to eat her. Treat rescues Juju, and Mochi ends up in a huge argument with her cousin over what just happened. Mochi then leaves Frosting and starts living in Treat's cabin.
Early spring
- Frosting now bans all non-rabbit species from entering the town.
- Treat gets a job at Annie May Hot Springs.
- Mochi becomes depressed and doesn't go outside for a long time. Moxie blames herself for Mochi's situation, but can't bring herself to go back and talk to her.
- Moxie desperately needs money to pay rent for the Foxy Den, so she and her friends convert it into a hotel.
- Eleni gets chased out of Frosting and loses her summoning equipment. She uses the InsteRail to travel around the Netherworld in the hopes of finding Kamilla, with whom she has fallen in love.
Mid spring
- A brick wall has been built around Frosting.
- Drop has left Wormwood and passes by Frosting during her travels. A cloud of rain seems to follow her wherever she goes.
- Moxie's friends abandon her and move back to Ginseng without warning, and Moxie is unable to run the Foxy Lodge on her own. She suffers a terrible blow to her self-esteem, but Treat comforts her and invites her over for lunch. Moxie gets a chance to reconcile with Mochi, and her confidence is soon restored. She shuts down the Foxy Lodge and starts living in a tent in the forest because she doesn't want to go back to Ginseng and face the wrath of her mother, but she nevertheless remains hopeful for her future.
- Treat feels awful when she discovers Moxie is homeless, and allows Moxie to use the hot springs for free. Moxie discovers Treat is suffering from pent-up feelings towards Mochi, and helps Treat alleviate those feelings by sleeping with her.
- Eleni reunites with Kamilla after searching for nearly two months.
Late spring
- Trick passes through Ginseng, and Salt and Pepper give them directions to Frosting, where Treat lives.
- Trick finally finds Treat, and discovers that Treat is living together with Mochi and has a job at a nearby hot springs. Instead of asking Treat to return to Vanilla, Trick just spends the evening catching up with Treat, then continues their adventures the following day, having grown attached to their life as a traveler.
Summer
- Trick visits their old home for the first time in five years to search for clues to their master's whereabouts. They find out he is secretly one of the authors of the All-in-one Book of Lore series, and left to search for his co-authors so they could write a retraction.
- Treat starts having strange dreams due to her unrequited romantic feelings.
- Mochi has mostly recovered from her depression and has started gardening as a hobby.
- Moxie has gotten a job at a clothes store in the witch town, and is allowed to live in her employer's attic.
- Trick travels north to Greimori to search for a human town. The locals are terrified of wolves, so they decide not to stick around.
- Drop now runs a flower shop in the witch town, and sells Mochi seeds for her garden. She is no longer being followed by the rain.
- Trick visits the desert town Krem and gets recruited by the activist group FCF to help expose the dark secrets of the meat industry. Trick infiltrates a chicken farm and steals a baby chick, but decides to adopt the chick for themself rather than hand him over to the FCF. The chick is named Phoenix.
- More rabbits have started living in Frosting. Many of them are rude towards Treat when they visit the hot springs.
- Trick travels to the Agaricus region, where one of the authors is rumored to live.
- Moxie invites Treat and Mochi out for a day at the beach, and arranges for a moment where Treat can confess her feelings to Mochi. Treat reveals that she left Vanilla because wolves place great value in monogamous relationships and she didn't want to feel trapped because of that. In the end, Treat, Mochi, and Moxie all become girlfriends.
- Treat and Mochi return home and discover that someone destroyed Mochi's garden while they were away. They realize it is too dangerous to live near Frosting anymore, and decide to move out. The following day, Treat decides to take Mochi and Moxie back to Vanilla so she can introduce them to her parents and explain why she ran away all those months ago. Mochi reveals her heterochromia to Treat and Moxie for the first time.
- Mochi learns that Mango is alive and feels heartbroken that her family had lied to her about his death her entire life.
- Moxie, Treat and Mochi arrive to Vanilla and explain their situation. While Cotton and Candy aren't entirely accepting, they make an effort to understand Treat's feelings, and even Fennel makes peace with Treat. Mochi meets her uncle Mango and talks things out with him, and Moxie messages her employer that she is quitting her job to be with her girlfriends.
