- Lupin returns, helping the Kamen Riders to terminate Roidmude 100, a serial thief who stole his Lupin Gunner. Having been mortally wounded by 100, Lupin ultimately perishes, leaving his Lupin Gunner and Lupin Blade Viral Core in the care of the Special Investigation Unit. (Type Lupin)
- The Kamen Riders terminate Roidmudes 012 and 055, who were in league with Neo-Shade. Keisuke Okamura, leader of Neo-Shade, escapes in the confusion as the Special Investigation Unit recover the mysterious (Newton) Eyecon which Neo-Shade had acquired, receiving assistance from a mysterious figure (Kamen Rider Ghost) who warded off a new monster (Ganma Assault). (Ep. 48)
- Roidmude 066 is terminated by Special Forces troops. (Ep. 43)
- Roidmudes 021, 032, 073, 083, 097 and 107 are terminated. Assembling at the Promised Land, Banno infuses his Super Evolved power along with those of Heart, Brain and Medic to empower his sentient weapon, the Sigma Circular. As Banno intended to sacrifice Medic, Brain gives his own life to save hers, freeing her of Banno's brainwashing. Whilst Banno escapes, 004 self-destructs in attempt to eliminate the survivor. (Ep. 44) Soon after, Banno seizes control of the Special Defense Center, from where he intends to enact a second Global Freeze which will allow him to take over the Earth, while having his henchmen wreck Drive Pit. In response, the Kamen Riders make use of a makeshift Drive Pit prepared Akira Hayase in anticipation of their final battle. (Ep. 45)
- The next day: 015, 035, 059, 070, and 075 are all terminated. Acting in defense of Go, Chase self-destructs to hold off Gold Drive. (Ep. 45) Go then defeats Gold Drive, using Chase's Shingou-Ax to shatter the Banno Drive, killing Banno. 081, 101 and 105, leaving Heart and Medic the last surviving Roidmudes. Medic herself perishes as she rejuvenates Shinnosuke. (Ep. 46) Fighting with Heart to destroy the Sigma Circular, Shinnosuke has a near-death experience in which he encounters Kamen Rider Ghost briefly. Having been mortally wounded by the Sigma Circular, Heart dies, but not before acknowledging Shinnosuke as his friend. (Ep. 47)
- October 1: Shinnosuke Tomari is promoted to head of the First Division's Major Crime Unit. (Ep. 48)
Post-series

- Tenjuro Banno and Brain are revived with Humagear bodies, as it is also revealed that Banno managed to store his data around the Internet and managed to interact with the Ark at some point. Enlisted as a candidate for Foundation X's Project Outsiders, Banno is sent to confront Horobi in retaliation for his defection against Zein, an AI that seeks to subjugate humanity in order to expunge human malice. He is brutally defeated by Kamen Rider Zein, who is revealed to be Yuto Sakurai. (Outsiders ep. 3)
- Banno's Humagear body is destroyed; but he had to store his data inside Brain's tablet and said tablet is surrendered to Foundation X member Ecole, one of the executives of Project Outsiders. Brain follows Yuto to BOARD, where he learns the full extent of Zein's master plan: to use Kamen Rider Chronicle as propaganda to create a cannon fodder of Ride Players against the villains, essentially tricking humanity into speeding up their own self-destruction under the false pretense of eradicating malice. Later, Kamen Rider Zein overpowers Kamen Rider Ark-Zero into submission, but Kamen Rider Brain takes the deathblow meant for Ark-Zero, sparing the Ark (and Horobi), as well as preventing Yuto from spiraling into full-blown villainy. However, this was cut short when Kamen Rider Garren, who was defeated by Ark-Zero earlier, unlocks King Form and defeats the latter. With the Ark rendered off the grid, Zein reveals its true colors and sets its plan into motion by impersonating Nico Saiba, tricking Genm Corp. into relaunching Kamen Rider Chronicle. (Outsiders ep. 4)
