Tear Jerker / Rewrite

• In Kotori's route, there's the part where Kotori continues to claim that Chibimoth isn't Pero, even when he starts barking, and when she claims that the familiars made from her parents are just tools, even after her dad seems to try to protect her out of his own initiative.
• In Terra, Luis sacrificed his life to shoot down two missiles to allow Kotarou and the children to escape.
• The ending of Terra has Kotarou kill Kagari to prevent salvation.
• The end of Akane's route is a pyrrhic victory for Kotarou. He manages to lead some people to safety at the shelter, stop Gaia and kill the Earth Dragon, but he is still unable to prevent the destruction of the world.
  • Following her defeat, Kotarou stops Akane from killing herself and takes her to safety at the shelter. Akane however, is unwilling to live with her sins and falls into a deep depression entering an almost robot-like trance.
  • Finally, at the very end of the route, Kotorau and Akane's crimes are exposed to the public. They are tried and eventually sentenced to exile. Several people come to see them off and say a final goodbye, including Shimako, who really doesn't want to see them leave.
