Tear Jerker / Torchwood: Miracle Day

• Jack using Owen Harper as an alias.
• When Gwen is forcefully (but well-intentionally) separated from Rhys and Anwen at Heathrow Airport.
• The look on Jack's face when Esther mentions her guilt over Rex's accident. You can practically see the faces of Ianto, Tosh, Owen, Suzie, and Steven flash before his eyes.
• In the third episode, when Gwen and Jack are talking over the phone and she addresses the fact that if the Miracle had happened sooner, Ianto would still be alive. Jack's response? To close his eyes and murmur, "I wish he were here now."
• The utter longing in Jack's voice and face when he sits at Angelo's deathbed and talks about Ianto: "You would've liked him...You would've been jealous."
• Watching Vera get immolated. Yeesh.
• Watching Gwen and her mum saying goodbye to Gwen's father after he is found hiding.
• Esther's death, and Rex being forced to let her die in order to save the world.
• A tearful Rhys comforting Geraint as he wakes up from his coma and finally dies. Sadly, he doesn't die in the company of his wife or daughter.
• While Rhys is sitting with Geraint in his last moments, Andy is doing the same for a teenaged "Jane Doe." A nurse had pointed out that Geraint was one of the lucky ones, as he still had family that cared for him.
