- Nora's "The Reason You Suck" Speech directed at the writer who wrote a book called "What's Next".What is ambiguous about your family being gone? Well, and you must know because you lost what, 4? You count your parents in that? What were they, in their 70s? You sit there and tell me a story about your daughter. I lost everyone. I lost everything. You fucking fraud! You fucking liar! You're not in pain! Because if you were in pain, you would know there is no moving on! There is no happiness! What's next? What's fucking next?! Nothing is next! Nothing!
- Nora asks Wayne "Will I forget them?" and he promises..."Never." And she never does.

- Nora's final interviewee says that she doesn't believe The Departed are in a better place. Tear Jerker because it shows Nora may have finally let go...but also, that woman really doesn't believe her Departed is in a better place.
Gladys
- Bizarrely enough, the beginning of the episode, which features the death of a minor member of the GR, who begs for mercy as some anonymous people stone her to death. Bizarre, as it's, well, a member of the GR you're crying for.
- When Jill thinks her mother might have been murdered, she breaks into tears before her father calms her down and assures her that Laurie's fine. Then she chastises herself for crying, since Laurie wouldn't do the same.

The Prodigal Son Returns
- Wayne begs Kevin to make a wish which Wayne will try to grant, because it seems he has finally lost some of his faith at the end of his life. And Kevin wishes.
- The look on Nora's face and her Howl of Sorrow when she sees the dolls of her Departed family.
Off-Ramp
- The murder-suicide scene when the Guilty Remnant escapee believes they're following her - and drives her children and husband into a car accident in which they all die.
- Laurie's Freak Out when the editor continues asking how Laurie feels.
I Live Here Now
- Erica tells Evie she will never leave her. If Evie kills herself, she's going to kill Erica too. And Erica still won't leave.
- The Title Drop, which shows Kevin coming to a degree of peace with how his life is now.
- Kevin is finally reunited with his whole family after seasons apart. For instance, it doesn't seem like he's seen Tommy since Tommy left for Wayne's before Season 1.
- For added points, Kevin's family now includes Nora and Matt.
