"The Church on Ruby Road"
- Ruby getting the news from Davina McCall that she and her team were unable to find her birth parents.
- The Doctor, after seeing how Ruby acts with her adoptive mother, said he was adopted, later correcting himself that he was abandoned. The Fourteenth Doctor may have come to terms with the Timeless Child thing due to the bi-generation allowing him to take a break, but helping future Doctors handle that trauma better is not the same as erasing it.
- The Doctor seeing a world without Ruby, with her adoptive mother Carla not only not fostering all of the children she did in the Ruby-timeline, but only caring about getting a paycheck from them. Then the Doctor himself crying as he realized what has happened.Carla: I think you got me mixed up with someone else. Cos there is no Ruby. There's just me stuck with my old mum up here in the attic. And I'm busy. I couldn't have a kid full-time. It'd be a nightmare. This little brat arrives, ruining my holiday. I was looking forward to it. Christmas Day. Mum's asleep by three and I'll be all on my own. Why would I want a daughter? I'm happy as I am.
The Doctor: Then why are you crying?Carla: I don't know. Why are you?
